The study aimed to identify the impact of family stability on academic achievement from the point of view of the university student, by identifying the impact of the parenting relationship, the educational level of the parents, the size of the family, and the economic level of the family on the academic achievement of the university student. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (168) students at the university from students of the College of Science and Humanities in Al -Kharj Governorate at Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University for all the departments in it (biology, mathematics, chemistry, physics, English) through collecting data by the questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there is an effect of the parenting relationship، the educational level of the parents, the size of the family، and the economic level of the family on the academic achievement of the university student. There is high factors effect on the academic achievement of the sample members according to the degree of their approval to the parenting relationship, followed by the educational level of the parents, then the economic level of the family, and finally for the family size.
