This Scientific paper aimed at investigating the impact of designing an Digital transformation on the development of competencies of using technological innovations among the Female teachers of the Ministry of Education in Kuwait. To achieve this goal the researcher used the descriptive and experimental approaches. The study sample consisted of (34) Female teachers of the Ministry of Education working in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Directorate in the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait. The subjects were equally divided into two groups; an experimental group and a control group. A pretest on the competencies of using technological innovations was introduced to both the experimental and the control groups. The subjects of the experimental group were then trained on an electronic learning environment, whereas the subjects of the control group were left without training. After training, a post test on the same competencies of using Digital transformation was applied to both groups. To measure the skills of using technological innovations, the researcher designed a list of (25) skills. A list of technological innovations was also designed. The data was statistically analyzed using (One-way Anova) because there is only one independent which is the design of the electronic learning environment and one dependent variable which is the use of Digital transformation. The results of the study show that the respondents in the experimental group achieved higher than respondents in the control group. According to these results, a number of educational recommendations were suggested
