The study aimed to identify the factors affecting the use of a learning resource center in secondary schools in Al-Kharj governorate from the point of view of school leaders related to human resources, and to identify the factors affecting the use of the learning resource center in secondary schools in the province of Al-Kharj from the viewpoint of school leaders related to the educational environment Identifying the factors affecting the use of the learning resource center in secondary schools in Al-Kharj governorate from the point of view of school leaders related to school equipment, and identifying proposals to improve the level of use of learning resources in secondary schools in Al-Kharj governorate from the point of view of school leaders, identifying the differences in the sample answers The study attributed to experience in school administration, and a descriptive approach was used, and the study data were collected by means of a questionnaire, and the sample size was 42 leaders, including 21 males and 21 females, and they were divided in terms of experience into those less than 3 years old and their number was 9 and 3 - 5 years and their number was 23 and more than 5 years and their number was 23, and the results of the study revealed that there is a disparity in the viewpoint of school leaders regarding human resources, as they ranged from The mean of their responses ranged between (2.21 - 3.90), and there is a variation in the viewpoint of school leaders regarding the educational environment, where the average of their responses ranged between (3.59 - 4.00), and there is a variation in the viewpoint of school leaders related to school equipment, as their average responses ranged between (2.80 - 4.14), and that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of research individuals with different experience (less than 3 years - from 3 to 5 years - more than 5 years) .
