The aim of this study is to arrive at a structural model that explains the relationships between psychological well-being and mindfulness and self-compassion for students of the College of Education and the possibility of prediction Psychological well-being of Mindfulness and self-compassion, The sample of the study consisted of 541 male and female students from the fourth year students at the Faculty of Education, Damanhur University, whose ages ranged between 20-22 and the study tools were the Mindfulness Measure Scale (Design/ Researcher) and the Compassion Scale (Neff, 2003): Arabization / Researcher) Psychological Wellbeing Scale Preparation of Springer & Hauser, 2006) Localization and Rationing (Elsaied Mohammed AbuHashem, 2010). Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test for independent samples, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis using the Laserel program were used, The results of the current study found that there are no statistically significant differences in both Mindfulness, self-compassion, and psychological well-being due to the sex factor or the academic specialization of students of the College of Education, and the study also found the possibility of predicting psychological well-being through Mindfulness and self-compassion, and reaching a structural model that links between psychological well-being and both Mindfulness and Self-compassion
