The practices of art have a positive impact on the development of the senses, as it provides the senses and some parts of the body, such as sight and touch, a great opportunity to eat raw materials and various treatments, and this helps to develop the senses, and the ability to distinguish between shapes, bodies, images, colors, etc., and to employ small muscles And large, and thus acquire manual skills.
The practices of art are important to many people with special educational needs, some of whom tend to isolate and withdraw, because of the feeling that their disability results in a weak ability to compete and participate. These achievements in art reduce their feelings of inadequacy and inferiority, and develop their sense of self-confidence.
The problem of the study is to identify the determinants and opportunities for the impact of contemporary societies media technologies on enabling young people with special needs to deal with e-learning, and then integrate them into the body of society, both family and community.
This research paper discusses the promotion of education using technology to integrate and empower people with special needs in the body of society, and to make content available on the Internet and social networking sites. This study seeks to identify the current reality of those in charge of e-learning and the efforts and initiatives that have been made to make information available on the Internet in order to integrate them into the body of society. Inclusion, empowerment, availability and participation of people with special needs.
This study belongs to the descriptive studies, where the concept of descriptive research is related to the study of the reality of events, phenomena, attitudes and opinions, and their analysis, and interpretation, in order to reach useful conclusions, either to correct this reality, update it, complete it, or develop it, and these conclusions represent an understanding of the present, aimed at directing the future.
This study aims to provide people with special needs with various knowledge, attitudes, values and skills that qualify them for active positive participation in artistic creativity, as well as changing the society’s view of them and the concept of disability and replacing the culture of their marginalization with a culture of empowerment and helping them free themselves from the influences that hinder their interaction with others.
This study presents many recommendations required for the advancement of people with special needs and their integration into the family and society, and the empowerment of people with disabilities within society by using the language of the age (information technology) to facilitate life in all aspects by using technology to develop society in all its categories, especially the category of people with disabilities through software and mobile applications With the aim of creating applications that help the artistic creativity of people with all kinds of disabilities and be available to all.
