The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the training program based on the theory of creative problem solving in developing the decision-making skill of kindergarten principals. The study sample was randomly selected from kindergarten principals in my educational administration (Damanhour Center - Bandar Damanhour)-Beheira Governorate. Their number (16) is the director of kindergartens, in the first semester of the academic year (2020-2021), and the study used the quasi-experimental approach with an experimental design for one experimental group for pre- and post-measurement, and the study tools were a measure of the decision-making skill of kindergarten managers (prepared by the researcher). And a training program based on the theory of creative problem solving (prepared by the researcher), and the study concluded that the training program based on the theory of creative problem solving had a significant positive impact on developing the decision-making skill of kindergarten principals (diagnostic skill - setting possible alternatives - evaluating alternatives The decision - setting a plan for implementing the decision - determining and evaluating the results of the decision - the total sum of the scale) for the study sample. Yas after.” The program also had a positive impact on developing the decision-making skill of kindergarten principals after a period of time (tow month), and this was shown by the results in the post and follow-up measurements, where the results were in favor of the follow-up measurement.
