The current research aimed to know the effectiveness of using the blackboard in teaching the ICT course in education to develop e-learning skills for postgraduate students at Umm Al-Qura University, where the research sample consisted of (20) graduate students enrolled in the ICT course in education during Academic year 1442-2021, The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average skill performance assessment for graduate students in the pre and post measurement of the e-learning skills observation card using the blackboard in favor of the post-measurement, and the effectiveness was achieved with a gain ratio greater than (1.2) according to the Black equation. The imposition and acceptance of the research was achieved, and the performance level of e-learning skills for postgraduate students was increased by teaching the ICT course in education through the blackboard system.
