Thepurpose of the present study aimed at revealing the nature of the global structure of cognitive impairments among students with hearing impairment and identifying the discriminating efficiency of cognitive impairment in the light of some variables (degree of disability, gender, age), as well as the global structure of cognitive impairment, And the age (preparatory / secondary) of students with hearing disabilities. The study was applied to (256) students of the hearing impaired students in Al Amal schools for the deaf and the hearing impaired (preparatory school/ Secondary school) in (Aswan, Qena, Luxor), In Academic year 2018-2019, The study used a number of results, the most important of which are: The concept of cognitive deformities, saturation saturation is acceptable to six factors (self-mutilation, underestimation of others, distortions in thinking, blame of others, (Male/ female), middle (secondary/ secondary) age, and the global structure of cognitive impairments varies by degree of disability (simple hearing impairment), cognitive impairment, Severe hearing impairment "deaf"), and sister F-age (a preparatory / secondary), while the global structure of cognitive distortions do not differ in different gender (male / female), the disabled students acoustically
