The study aimed to check the effectiveness of an educational application on smart tablets in teaching some reading skills for students with learning difficulties. The semi-experimental approach is used, preparing a test for some reading skills, and choosing the educational application (my little one reads) on smart tablets. The pre-test was applied to the study sample, which consisted of (10) students with reading difficulties from the age of (8-10). The students were divided into two groups: five students of a control group, and five students of an experimental group. The post-test was applied after completing the teaching program.
The study found statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group students in the post application to test some reading skills.
