هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التنبؤ بصنع القرار الأكاديمي في ضوء كل من الطموح الأكاديمي والثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية"، وتم الكشف عن المعادلة التنبؤية من خلال عينة تكونت من (366) من طلاب  الصف الأول منالمرحلة الثانوية، ومن خلال الاعتماد على الأدوات التالية: مقياس اتخاذ القرار الأكاديمي (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس الطموح الأكاديمي(إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس الثقة بالنفس(إعداد الباحث) ، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي: توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة و دالة عند مستوي (0.01) بين صنع القرار الأكاديمي على الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد والثقة بالنفس على الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد لدى الطلاب عينة الدراسة،وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة و دالة عند مستوي (0.01) بين صنع القرار الأكاديمي على الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد والطموح الأكاديمي على الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد لدى الطلاب عينة الدراسة، ويمكن التنبؤ بصنع القرار الأكاديمي من خلال مستوى الثقة بالنفس والطموح الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب عينة الدراسة.

The current study aimed to predict academic decision-making in the light of both the academic ambition and self-confidence of secondary school students.” The predictive equation was revealed through a sample of (366) first-grade students from secondary school, and by relying on the following tools: Academic decision-making (prepared by the researcher), the measure of academic ambition (prepared by the researcher), and the measure of self-confidence (prepared by the researcher). And dimensions and self-confidence on the total degree and dimensions among the students of the study sample, and there is a positive and significant correlation at the level (0.01) between academic decision-making on the total degree and dimensions and academic ambition on the total degree and dimensions of the study sample students, and academic decision-making can be predicted through the level of Self-confidence and academic ambition among the study sample students.
