The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on a differentiated instruction approach in developing research and investigation skills for female teachers of Islamic studies at the intermediate stage in Riyadh. The research depends on the descriptive approach to prepare the proposed program and the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design with a single group to show the impact of the training program in developing research and investigation skills, and its sample consisted of (43) female Islamic studies female teachers at the intermediate stage in Riyadh. The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing research and investigation skills among female Islamic studies female teachers. The finding also showed that the impact of the training program is large in developing skills Research and investigation, and the research ended with presenting a set of recommendations and suggestions that are related to the training program and research skills and their use in the teaching environment of female Islamic studies teachers.
