The study aimed to identify the role of virtual professional learning communities in developing the skills of digital culture Among Sharia Science Female Teachers at The Secondary Stage in Riyadh from their point of view, by applying a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions covering the main skills of digital culture, and the total number of its paragraphs was 30 paragraphs. The questionnaire was applied to (104) Islamic sciences teachers in government secondary schools affiliated to the Riyadh Education Department, which were chosen using the simple random sample method. The results of the study concluded that the role of virtual professional learning communities in developing the skills of digital culture among Islamic science teachers at the secondary stage in the city of Riyadh, from their point of view, came with a moderate degree of appreciation at the level of the dimensions of the questionnaire as a whole. There is also a difference in the rank of the dimensions of the questionnaire, where the first dimension came: the role of virtual professional learning communities in developing the information literacy skills of Sharia Science Female Teachers at the secondary stage in the first place with a general average of (3.06) with a high degree of appreciation, and the second dimension came the role of learning communities Virtual professionalism in developing media culture skills among Sharia Science Female Teachers at the secondary stage ranked second with a general average of (2.25) with a medium rating, while the third dimension came: The role of virtual professional learning communities in developing information and communication technology culture skills among Sharia Science Female Teachers at the secondary stage. It ranked third with a general average of (2.16), with a medium rating. The study concluded with a set of recommendations
