They were randomly divided into two experimental groups. The first experimental group (23) students followed the Course by using synchronous virtual classrooms, and the second experimental group (23) followed the Course by using asynchronous virtual classrooms. The study tool, was the achievement test of the Physical Education Teaching Course. The study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means in the post achievement test for the students of the Physical Education Teaching Course in the two study groups (synchronous virtual classrooms and asynchronous virtual classrooms) in favor of the first experimental group who followed the Course by using synchronous virtual classrooms
