This study aimed to present a suggested proposal for assessing general outcomes in the secondary education pathways system in Saudi Arabia. To achieve such a goal, the study adopted a descriptive approach and relied on a questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of nine dimensions, representing outcomes related to citizenship, Islamic beliefs, personal and social values, attitudes towards learning, learning skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, technological competencies, and thinking skills. The results showed that the approval of the study sample for all dimensions included in the questionnaire was high. Based on such results, the study developed the suggested proposal, including its philosophy, objectives, justifications, importance, requirements, characteristics, and implementation mechanisms. The framework also included the nine dimensions included in the questionnaire, outlining the proposed strategies, tools, and methods for assessment in each dimension.
