The main objective of the study is to formulate a strategy for applying transformational leadership as an entry point for developing the organizational identity at University of Tabuk faculty members by conducting a field study on a sample of (305) faculty members and academic leaders at the university. The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool, which included two axes. To measure the application of academic leaders to transformational leadership and the level of organizational identity among faculty members. The results showed that the academic leaders’ application of transformational leadership in general and in the dimension of ideal influence came to a high degree, while the application of the two dimensions of intellectual stimulation and individual considerations came to a moderate degree. When the respect dimension came at an average level, the study also concluded that there is a statistically significant effect relationship at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the application of transformational leadership and the level of organizational identity among faculty members. In addition, there are statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average responses of transformational leadership application due to the variables (sex, specialization, nature of work, years of experience), In addition to the presence of differences between their responses about the level of organizational identity among faculty members due to the variables (gender, nature of work), while there were no differences due to the variables (specialization, years of experience). The study also reached the formulation of a strategy for the application of transformational leadership as an entry point for developing the organizational identity of the faculty members at the University of Tabuk. The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: that the administration of Tabuk University adopt the proposed strategy and prepare everything necessary to employ it on the ground.
