The study aimed to identify the role of the school in confronting the problem of sexual harassment among students from the point of view of their teachers. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used. Their teachers' point of view, the second to reveal the reality of the role of secondary school teachers in facing the problem of sexual harassment among students, and the third about the reality of the school administration's role in facing the problem of sexual harassment among students. (543) male and female teachers distributed according to the variables of gender, years of experience, and governorate. The results revealed that the reality of the role of secondary school students in facing the problem of sexual harassment from their teachers’ point of view was average, and that the reality of the role of secondary school teachers in facing the problem of sexual harassment among students was average. And that the reality of the role of the school administration in facing the problem of sexual harassment among students was average, and the study also found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 05.0) for the educational role of the social worker according to the gender variable in favor of males, and the variable of years of experience in favor of those who are Their experience is from (5-10) years, and for the governorate variable in favor of the capital governorate.
