The researcher used the scales of self-efficacy and acceptance of technology prepared by the researcher, with a sample consisted of (107) members of Shaqra University in a number of colleges and disciplines, the results showed a positive correlation between self-efficacy in useing of e-learning and acceptance of technology according to the (TAM model), and there are differences in self-efficacy in the use of e-learning between male and female faculty members in favor of males to increase the number of males in the research sample, while there are no differences between the acceptance of technology among faculty members Males and females where the values were similar; the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
