This study aimed to evaluate the performance level of education for sustainable development skills among science teachers in the State of Kuwait, and to reveal whether this level differed significantly according to the personal variables of teachers (gender, teaching experience and educational stage). The descriptive research method was employed to a sample selected by the cluster random method of science teachers in the primary and middle stages in government schools in the Capital Governorate in the State of Kuwait. The data was collected through a performance observation checklist of education for sustainable development skills prepared by the researchers. The validity and reliability of this instrument were verified on a sample of non-participants in the study, and it included three dimensions: planning skills - implementation skills - evaluation skills. The results of the study revealed that the level of performance of science teachers in the State of Kuwait for the skills of education for sustainable development was average, and the level of performance of planning skills was the highest among the three dimensions, and the implementation skills came in second place at an average level, while the evaluation skills came in the third and last rank. at a weak level. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of science teachers' performance of the skills of education for sustainable development according to their personal variables (gender, teaching experience and educational stage). In the light of these results, the researchers recommended introducing a professional development program for science teachers in the primary and middle stages according to the education for sustainable development approach. They also suggested conducting a study to test the effectiveness of a proposed training program in developing science teachers' education for sustainable development skills.
