This study aimed to identify and derive leadership values from the Holy Quran and explore their educational applications in family and school settings. The study employed two research methodologies: deductive and descriptive documentary. The main findings of the study revealed the emphasis of Islamic education on nurturing the Muslim community with derived leadership values from the Quran, including optimism, justice, wisdom, consultation, initiative, and integrity. These values are considered fundamental pillars for the advancement of the nation and the increase in productivity in individuals and communities. Furthermore, the study revealed that the Islamic system is based on these values and that the form of these leadership values is adaptable to the nation's circumstances and requirements. One of the significant educational applications highlighted in the study is the cultivation of learners and the development of their leadership qualities, enabling them to fulfill their roles in various domains of life. This can be achieved by instilling and activating leadership values practiced by leaders, referring to the Holy Quran in both family and school environments. Such an approach instills in learners the importance of these values, away from authoritarianism, superficiality, and selfishness.
