The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between educational policies and organizational commitment among female teachers in the intermediate stage in Abha City. To achieve this aim, a descriptive methodology was employed, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire was administered to a sample consisting of 178 teachers, considering a number of variables such as qualification, specialization, and years of experience. The results indicated that the level of awareness of educational policies among the intermediate stage teachers in Abha City was high, and their level of organizational commitment was also high. Furthermore, the results indicated a strong positive relationship between the level of awareness of educational policies and the level of organizational commitment among the teachers in the study sample. In addition, the results showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample attributed to the specialization variable, while statistically significant differences were found in their responses attributed to the qualification variable in favor of those with an educational qualification. Similarly, statistically significant differences were found in their responses attributed to the years of experience variable in favor of those with higher years of experience.
