The study aimed to identify the practice level of servant leadership among leaders in Sabya Education Office and its relationship to organisational citizenship behaviour from the perceptions of educational supervisors. To achieve the study’s objectives, a quantitative method was utilized using the descriptive correlational approach. The study tools included a survey measure for each variable to collect data from study population that consisted of 102 male and female educational supervisors. The sample was purposive and included 91 valid responses. Based on the educational supervisors’ perceptions, the study revealed that the practice of servant leadership among leaders in Sabya Education Offices was high and the level of organizational citizenship behavior among male and female supervisors was very high. The results showed that there is a direct correlation with statistical significance at the level of (0.01) between the practice of servant leadership by the leaders of the Sabya Education Office and the level of organizational citizenship behavior among supervisors. It also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the practice of organizational citizenship behavior by male and female supervisors based on gender. The significant differences were in favor of males in the first, second, third, fourth, and overall average dimensions, and in favor of females in the fifth dimension only. There were also statistically significant differences at the due to years of experience in the first dimension (altruism) and the fifth dimension (conscientiousness) between the group of respondents with experience (less than 5 years), and the two groups of respondents with experience (5 - 10) and ( more than 10 years) in favor of the two groups with the highest years of experience.
