The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of servant leadership by school principals in Al-Makhwah Governorate and its relationship to the level of organizational justice according to the variables of the study (educational qualification - years of experience - educational stage). The study population consisted of all (1872) female teachers in Al-Makhwah Governorate schools, while the study sample included (422) female teachers who were chosen in a stratified random way. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the total score due to the difference in the study sample in the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, while there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the total score due to Because of the difference in the study sample in the variable of the educational stage, and in favor of the primary school teachers.
