The research aimed to uncover the role of Islamic education in confronting the negative effects of contemporary technological openness. To meet such an end, a descriptive-inductive approach was utilized. The research sought to answer the following questions: What are the prominent features of the positive and negative effects of contemporary technological openness on the youth of the Islamic nation? How can the negative effects of contemporary technological openness be addressed according to the Islamic educational perspective? After presenting the general framework of the research and relevant previous studies, the first section of the research addressed two aspects: the first aspect presented the positive effects of technological openness on the youth of the Islamic nation, while the second aspect discussed the negative effects of this technological openness on them. The second section, entitled "How to Confront the Negative Effects of Technological Openness According to the Islamic Educational Vision," consisted of four elements. The first element focused on employing some Islamic educational methods to prevent the negative effects of technological openness. The second element emphasized guiding families to protect their children from the negative effects of technological openness. The third element highlighted the commitment to implementing electronic communication regulations. The fourth element emphasized activating the role of media in confronting the challenges of cultural globalization. The study concluded with the key findings and recommendations.
