The study aimed to show the level of burnout among Teaching Staff at the Branches of Tabuk University in the Light of Some Variables in the light of some variables: gender, staffing, specialization, nationality and years of experience. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the measure of Maslach for Burnout Inventory (MBI), and was applied to the sample of (163) members of the original study population of (335) members. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Staff at the Branches of Tabuk University suffer from burnout to a medium extent on the three dimensions of the scale (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, lack of sense of achievement) and the scale as a whole. The results also showed significant differences in the level of burnout in individuals The sample of the study is based on the variable staffing (university, company) for the benefit of the members of the university staff and the variable of nationality (Saudi, non-Saudi) for the benefit of the members of the Saudi faculty and the variable years of experience. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of burnout among the study sample members due to the variables of gender and specialization. The results of the study were published a number of recommendations.
