With the beginning of the Twenty-First Century, our world has witnessed an unprecedented information revolution, which has imposed on the countries and peoples of the world the challenge of dealing with these variables and the ability to keep up with them. the challenges we face in our Arab world are the most profound and complex. the researcher conducted a survey study for art education teachers and mentors on the reality of applying the art education course to acquire technical skills in the state of Kuwait. through opinion polling and reaching its results, as well as related studies, the research problem crystallized that there is a shortage in teaching art education in the state of Kuwait. The researcher studied the teacher of art education in the state of Kuwait and the cultural challenge, the teacher of art education in the state of Kuwait and sustainable education, the teacher of art education in the state of Kuwait and the leadership of change, the teacher of art education in the state of Kuwait and the information revolution the teacher of art education in the state of Kuwait:
* The challenges faced by global societies in general are large, the size and impact of which are difficult to predict, while the challenges we face in our Arab world are the most profound and complex
* Art education is of great importance among the contemporary humanities, because of its connection with the spheres of life, and for its role in determining human trends and behavior through human thinking.
* In the state of Kuwait, art education teachers often teach their students the way they studied, with the same directions they are used to, but the situation of art teaching has become completely different
* Educational improvements for education workers are one of the most difficult and important challenges facing the world entering the Twenty-First Century
After completing the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which were:
1-improving teaching methods is a strategic choice, imposed by the nature of the requirements of the educational situation, which aims to achieve goals and objectives together and link them with the results.
2-emphasizing the importance of using educational technology in teaching in addition to Information Technology.
3-a good teaching at a good time from a good teacher gives a good product.
