This research seeks to know the use of cloud computing in the educational process from the point of view of first-grade female teachers in the city of Hail, by studying the extent of their use of cloud computing services in education and the importance of this use and its obstacles from their point of view. This research used the descriptive approach, and the research tool was the practical electronic questionnaire, the research sample consisted of (266) primary grades teachers in the city of Hail, and the study concluded that the use of primary grades teachers for cloud computing services in the city of Hail was high, and their agreement on the use of cloud computing in the educational process; In the city of Hail and to a high degree, the level of the contribution of obstacles that limit the use of cloud computing in education, vocational education and training, vocational training and teachers about the use of cloud technology, tools and applications has been identified to form a deep understanding of cloud computing, specializing in smooth access to cloud computing applications .
