Abstract
The research aims to explain the method of the eminent scholar, Sheikh of the Malikis, Abu Muhammad Abd al-Wahhab bin Ali bin Nasr, in graduating the branches based on the principles through his book Sharh al-Risalah by Ibn Abi Zaid al-Qayrawani, may God have mercy on them. There is no doubt that studying the approach of this imam, who is considered one of the most prominent Maliki scholars and its best sheikhs, was necessary. For students of knowledge and researchers, how can it not be that the graduation of branches on the principles of jurisprudence is one of the most important fruits of the principles of jurisprudence, because through it the rules of principles are implemented and the methods of fatwa are determined, and it is used to explain the aspects of inference, and the methods of deduction and weighting, just as the book Sharh al-Risalah is for the sake of the books and the most important of them. It was given by its writer, may he have mercy on him. God Almighty deserves the care, branching, explanation, and clarification. He mentioned the text of Ibn Abi Zaid, then supplemented it with his explanation, indicating the disagreement in the branches. Then he follows each statement with its evidence, discusses the evidence, and then mentions the fundamental rule, citing it. For him, the rule in the book Sharh al-Risalah comes after the jurisprudential branch, not before it. After mentioning that, it was appropriate to study his book in an applied fundamentalist study, and I will mention here some of the results that I reached during this research: The great virtue of Judge Abd al-Wahhab, may God have mercy on him, and the greatness of his ability. He did not enter into an art without enriching it. Judge Abd al-Wahhab, may God have mercy on him, in his book Sharh al-Risalah, was He used the jurisprudential rule as evidence for the jurisprudential branch, so he mentioned it after him, not before him. Finally, in this research I followed the inductive, analytical, and deductive method.
