This study aimed to explore the current status of organizational justice level in Saudi universities and its relationship with achievement motivation among faculty members. To achieve this objective, a descriptive approach was employed, and the study utilized a questionnaire for collecting data, administered to a sample of 472 faculty members in Saudi universities, distributed according to gender (male/female), academic rank (professor/associate professor/assistant professor), and specialization (educational/legal/linguistic). The results indicated that the level of organizational justice in Saudi universities was high, and the level of achievement motivation among faculty members in Saudi universities was also high. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between the level of organizational justice in Saudi universities and the level of achievement motivation among faculty members. Additionally, the results showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample attributed to gender variable, while statistically significant differences were found in their responses attributed to the academic rank variable in favor of professors, and in the responses attributed to the specialization variable in favor of those in the educational field.
