Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of creative leadership practice in kindergarten from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in private schools in the northern region of Jeddah, and in order to achieve the goals of the study I used the descriptive analytical approach, as the questionnaire was relied on for the study tool, and the research community may be teachers Kindergarten in the north of the city of Jeddah for the academic year 2020 AD, and the study sample consisted of (205) female teachers who responded to the questionnaire, and the study reached several results, namely: The absence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample individuals about the degree of creative leadership practice in kindergarten returns To the qualification of the study, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the members of the study sample about the degree of creative leadership practice in kindergarten, we refer to the years of experience and this difference was in favor of the highest experience (10 years or more). In light of the findings of the study, some recommendations were made, including providing an opportunity for creative kindergarten leaders to participate in the ministry, making ministerial decisions related to school work, and conducting training courses for leaders in order to enhance their self-confidence and training them in the dimensions of creative leadership, and provide material and moral incentives for creative kindergarten leaders. Likewise, the regulations of the Ministry of Education should be updated to serve creativity and creative leaders, and to conduct workshops for kindergarten leaders in order to get rid of personal and administrative obstacles that hinder their leadership work.
