Abstract:
   The research aimed to identify the conceptual framework of the green economy, reveal the real educational institutions in achieving the green economy, reach a vision for Aswan University in achieving the green economy, and create alternatives (description). The research relied on a creative questionnaire from the leaders of Wu University and faculty members in Aswan. The number of members reached (118) from the original community, The research found that the research sample’s responses to the field of teaching were at a high level, with an arithmetic mean of (3.71) and a standard deviation of (0.87), and as for the phrases, they were all at a high level, as the arithmetic averages for the phrases ranged between (3.53) and (3.53). 3.95), which indicates the convergence and agreement of the responses of the sample members regarding the significant level of Aswan University’s role in achieving the green economy in the field of teaching, and that the responses of the research sample in the field of scientific research came at an average level, and obtained an arithmetic mean (2.73), with a standard deviation (0.74) As for the phrases, they were all at an average level, as the arithmetic averages for the phrases ranged between (2.70) and (2.78), which indicates the closeness and harmony of the sample members’ responses regarding the average level of the role of Aswan University in achieving a green economy in the field of scientific research. The research sample’s responses to the field of community service came at an average level, and obtained an arithmetic mean of (2.69), with a standard deviation of (0.77). As for the phrases, they all came at an average level, as the arithmetic averages for the phrases ranged between (2.62) and (2 ,72), which indicates the convergence In light of the research results, the proposed scenario was presented  to role of Aswan University in achieving the green economy was presented.
