The research aims to reduce bullying in integrated kindergarten children, designing a program based on scout activities to reduce bullying in integrated kindergarten children, and verifying the effectiveness of that program, designing the illustrated bullying scale for the integrated kindergarten child. The research sample consisted of 40 children and girls, enrolled in Asma Fahmy and the Future Academy in Nasr City in Cairo Governorate. The sample members were divided into two groups, one experimental, and the other is equally controlled, and the sample was chosen deliberately for reasons related to the availability of the appropriate place for application, the possibility of obtaining the approval of officials in these kindergartens, and the availability of the number of children suitable for the possibility of making the application. The experimental group included 16 normal children and 4 children with mild mental disabilities ranging in intelligence rates between 75 and 80, and the control group included 16 ordinary children, and 4 children with minor mental disabilities, their intelligence rates ranging from 75 to 80. All of them are aged 5-6 years. The researcher made use of the automated drugs of the Stanford-Bennet test "The Fifth Picture". (Prepared by: Galle H. Royd, 2003), (Syntheism and rationing: Safwat Faraj, 2011), the illustrated bullying scale for the integrated kindergarten child (prepared by the research team), and the program of scout activities to reduce bullying in integrated kindergarten children (prepared by the research team). The outcome of the research resulted in the impact of the scout activities program in reducing bullying in integrated kindergarten children, while the effect of the program remains.
