The study aimed to administration of high School Manager and educational supervisors at general educational administration in Aseer region of. Challenges Which face high Future Schools in Aseer region considering knowledge management approach، identify differences with statistical signi finance among averages of the sample scores for challenges which face high future school manager in Aseer region in Light of knowledge management in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Descriptive approach was used to achieve the study objectives. In addition، a questionnaire was designed as a tool for the field study and was applied on the study sample which was about (202) members divided as the following (146) supervisors and (56) managers. The study reached many conclusions as the following: organizational and leading challenges are the most of challenges that face high future schools in Aseer Region considering knowledge management approach، the least of these challenges are technological challenges، Absence of an organizational unit that holds supervision of knowledge management applying at the future School was the most leading and organizational challenges recognized، there are no statistically significant differences among the study sample scores of professional challenges due to an academic qualification، these differences are for the benefit of post graduate qualification group there are statistically significant differences among the study sample scores of the leading and organizational challenges due to the practical experience variable، these differences are for the benefit of the group of more than ten years of experience، the study recommended the regarding future school a model of high education، revising the document of Saudi Arabia educational policy and harmonize this document according to needs of the era of knowledge and in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
