The study aimed to know the role of organizational empowerment in the decision-making process among principals of private schools in Medina, as well as to reveal the differences between the opinions of members of the study sample according to the variables of academic qualification and administrative experience. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample was selected by a comprehensive enumeration method from the entire community. The study, given the small size of the community; It consisted of all female principals of private schools in Medina, numbering (98), and the study used a questionnaire to collect data. The results of the study concluded:
- The role of organizational empowerment in the decision-making process of principals of private schools in Medina on each of the dimensions (delegation, participation, and independence) came to a moderate degree.
- There are differences in the answers of the study sample regarding the role of organizational empowerment in the decision-making process among principals of private schools in Medina due to the academic qualification variable for the dimensions of delegation and participation, which came in favor of the master’s category, while the differences in the independence dimension came in favor of the bachelor’s category.
- There are no differences in the answers of the study sample regarding the role of organizational empowerment in the decision-making process among private school principals in Medina due to the variable of administrative experience and on all dimensions.
