This study aimed to utilize talent management to achieve entrepreneurial leadership in educational institutions. A descriptive methodology was employed, comprising a general framework that included the introduction, the problem statement, research questions, objectives, significance, methodology, terminology, previous studies, and commentary on these studies. The study was organized into three main sections: the first section presented the theoretical framework of talent management; the second section discussed entrepreneurial leadership and its key dimensions; while the third section illustrated how to employ talent management to achieve entrepreneurial leadership in educational institutions. The findings indicated that the human resources strategy includes three essential aspects: identifying critical job positions that contribute to the organization’s sustainable competitive advantage, developing a talent pool to fill these positions, and implementing exceptional practices to retain talent while ensuring alignment between the talent pool and the organization’s goals to foster commitment and loyalty. Key elements of entrepreneurial leadership were identified as: self-leadership, decision-making through persuasion, discussion, and consultation, simultaneous speaking and learning, and collective intelligence. The main dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership include creativity, strategic vision, initiative and proactivity, and risk-taking. Talent management can be employed to achieve entrepreneurial leadership through the following: providing talent management requirements, implementing steps to build a human talent strategy, ensuring the success of talent management in educational administrations, and providing the necessary skills and personal attributes for utilizing talent management to achieve entrepreneurial leadership, as well as activating entrepreneurial leadership practices in educational institutions.
