The study's Objectives: This study aimed to explore the reality of the Saudi family's awareness of the child's cultural rights in light of contemporary challenges, and to identify the obstacles of its awareness of these rights and challenges. Hence, a proposed perspective is presented to raise the level of the Saudi family's awareness of such rights and accompanied challenges. The Study's Methodology: It adopted the descriptive-analytical method in addition to the inductive-deductive method. The Study's Instrument: A questionnaire prepared by the researcher that aims to measure the level of awareness of the cultural rights and their contemporary challenges. The Study's Population: Guardians of Saudi families whose number was 1132902 families. The Study's Sample: The study's sample was 710 guardians of Saudi families in main cities of Saudi Arabia. The Study's Chapters: It included 5 chapters. Chapter One: The general frame of the study (The Plan). Chapter Two: The theoretical frame of the study (The Child's Cultural Rights in light of contemporary challenges), whereas Chapter Three dealt with field measures of the study. Chapter Four: Analysis of the results and their interpretation. Chapter Five included the proposed perspective for developing the Saudi family's awareness as regards the child's cultural rights in light of contemporary challenges. The Study's results: Among the key results of the study were the following: The child's cultural rights are binding ones in Islamic Sharia (Islamic Law) as being basic rights and not complementary ones in light of Sharia's ultimate purposes of preserving the five necessities, The child's cultural rights in Islam are distinct in being infinite, complementary, constructive and global rights, in addition to their flexibility, originality and contemporaneity, The study proved that among the child's cultural rights is the right of electronic culture through the basic rule of understanding priorities in accordance with the changes in the needs of the age, The study showed that the level of awareness was medium as regards the child's cultural rights in light of contemporary challenges.
