The purpose of the study is to investigate the psychological and social reality of the homosexual self among a sample of homosexuals who wish to get rid of homosexuality. The study followed the descriptive Analytical method through a questionnaire applied to sample is available of (20) individuals who wished to get rid of homosexuality. The findings showed that the level of homosexual self among a sample of homosexuals who wanted to get rid of homosexuality as a whole came with an arithmetic average of (2.26) with a moderate rating. Further, there were no significant statistical differences attributed to economic status, academic qualification, and social status in all domains and the total score. There were no significant statistical differences due to age in all domains except the self-dimension, and the differences were in favor of 18-30. In light of the results, a set of recommendations were presented.
