The current research aimed to evaluate the professional performance of English language teachers according to the degree of fulfill of the tasks and functional officials of the teachers represented in the organizational guide of public educational schools. To achieve this goal, descriptive research and a questionnaire were used as a data monitoring tool, where conducted at (36) English language teachers in the elementary stage in the city of Arar. After collecting quantitative data and analyzing it statistically, the results showed that the average degree of implementation of functional tasks and responsibilities towards the school and school administration was (2.90), which is an average that indicates to moderate degree of implementation. Likewise, the average degree of implementation of functional tasks and responsibilities towards the student and the academic subject was (2.87), which is an average that indicates to moderate degree of implementation. While the average degree of implementation of job tasks and responsibilities towards himself and society was (2.56), which is an average that indicates to a weak degree of implementation, while the average degree of implementation of job tasks and responsibilities in general was (2.77), which is an average that indicates to a moderate degree of implementation.
