The study aimed to identify the features of optimism in the Holy Quran and its educational applications in the work environment. The study relied on the original and descriptive approaches. The study came in a general framework that included its introduction, problem, questions, objectives, significance, importance, limitations, terminology, previous studies and commentary, then three axes, the first axis presented the intellectual framework of optimism in Islam, the second axis dealt with the foundations of optimism in the Holy Quran, and the third axis concluded the educational applications of optimism in the Holy Quran in the work environment, and the third axis concluded the educational applications of optimism in the Holy Quran in the work environment.
Some of the key findings of the study were as follows: Optimism in the work environment is not just a positive feeling, but an important strategic element that contributes to improving and developing the work environment, increasing productivity, achieving goals, enhancing performance, innovation, and achieving job satisfaction among employees. Optimism is not a gift, but rather a skill that can be developed through proper education, continuous training, and self-direction. The expected positive outcomes for employees and the organization when applying the means of promoting optimism in the work environment: Higher efficiency and better production, better mental health, higher job satisfaction, increased employee loyalty towards the organization, encouraging growth and development, effective crisis management, more creativity and innovation, and a better reputation for the organization.
