The study examine the effectiveness of a training program based on the social approach in developing the democratic teaching skills of third-year secondary school mathematics teachers, through a note card containing (28) skills, divided into five competencies, which are: developing human relations, leading classroom interaction, And to support mathematical learning, develop mathematical thinking, and apply authentic evaluation. The study applied the experimental method, with a quasi-experimental design, by applying the measurement twice (pre/post), in light of the implementation of the training program, on one group (23 teachers), in the third semester, for the year. Academic year 1444 AH, in the city of Arar. The data were processed statistically by applying SPSS(V.28) tools; To analyze the collected data. In light of the results, the teachers’ post-test performance averages excelled with statistically significant at the significance level (α≤0.05) in each competency and on the scale as a whole. Therefore, all the study hypotheses were accepted, and the impact of the training program was significant on the performance levels of each competency and on the scale as a whole. In light of its results, the study presented a number of recommendations and proposals.
