The aim of the study titled "A Proposed Concept for Preparing Adult Educators in the Light of Humanistic Philosophy" was to identify the main features of adult education, methods of preparing adult educators, deficiencies in preparation and training, and to highlight the key features, objectives, foundations, and applications of humanistic philosophy in the educational field in preparing educators and training methods according to the strategies encompassed by humanistic philosophy, which focuses on human beings in relation to themselves and others in all mental, moral, and spiritual aspects, making them self-aware and instilling in them various moral and spiritual values. This confirms that humanistic philosophy is suitable for adult educators, as they must be knowledgeable and proficient in these requirements, which contribute to and facilitate the preparation of adult education. The researchers followed a descriptive-analytical approach, and the results highlighted that despite the efforts made in preparing adult educators, these services and programs need further focus, development, and integration with philosophies, especially humanistic philosophy, due to its contributions to the educational field. Based on these results, the research concluded with several recommendations, including: providing programs to prepare adult educators in light of humanistic philosophy, and defining and preparing adult educators with the most suitable and easiest teaching methods in light of humanistic philosophy.
