The study aimed to identify the impact of employing adaptive leadership dimensions in developing the administrative performance of female public school principals in the General Administration of Education in Jazan. It also examined the impact of variables such as educational stage, years of experience, and academic qualifications on this impact. The study followed a descriptive survey approach, where a questionnaire consisting of (36) statements was prepared and applied to a systematic random sample of (191) female principals. The results showed that the degree to which female public school principals in Jazan practiced adaptive leadership dimensions to develop administrative performance was very high overall. The overall average of the questionnaire and its three axes (creating a work environment, enhancing cooperation, and self-correction) fell within the "very high" category. In light of these results, some recommendations and proposals were presented.
