The study aimed to identify the reality of applying digital management in Asir Education Department, and ways to develop it, from the point of view of male and female supervisors, as it sought to answer the following questions: What is the reality of applying digital management in Asir Education Department from the point of view of male and female supervisors? What are the obstacles to applying digital management in Asir Education Department from the point of view of male and female supervisors? What are the ways to develop digital management in Asir Education Department from the point of view of male and female supervisors? Are there statistically significant differences at the significance level (a=0.05) between the average responses of the research sample regarding the reality of applying digital management in Asir Education Department attributable to the variables (gender - educational qualification - years of experience)? The descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (108) male and female supervisors from Asir Education Department in the academic year (1445 AH). The questionnaire was used as a tool for the research project. To analyze the research data and test the validity of the tool, the researcher used arithmetic means, standard deviations, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient, Kruskal-Wells reliability coefficient, and the "t" test. The research results indicated that the reality of applying digital management in the Asir Education Department from the point of view of supervisors was generally very high, and that the obstacles to its application were high, and the degree of approval of supervisors towards ways to develop the application of digital management in the Asir Education Department was "very high". The research concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals in light of the results it yielded.
