The current research aimed to identify the degree of availability of inspirational leadership among school principals and its relationship to organizational excellence in schools in Abha Governorate. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive correlational approach was used. The information collection tool was a questionnaire applied to a simple random sample of (712) female teachers. The results of the study indicated that the degree of availability of inspirational leadership among school principals in Abha Governorate was average, and the level of organizational excellence in schools in Abha Governorate was average. There were no differences in the average responses of the research sample regarding the degree of availability of inspirational leadership and the level of organizational excellence in schools in Abha Governorate attributable to the variables of academic qualification, years of experience in education, and educational stage. There was a strong positive correlation between the degree of availability of inspirational leadership among school principals and the level of organizational excellence in schools in Abha Governorate.
The research recommended a some of recommendations, including: holding training courses and workshops for school principals to equip them with inspirational leadership skills and enhance organizational excellence in schools in Abha Governorate.
