The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of inspirational leadership among secondary school principals in the eastern region from the teachers’ point of view in the dimensions (self-confidence, employee empowerment, motivating employees to creative, Intellectual arousal) , The study used the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as its tool. The study population consisted of all female teachers in government secondary schools affiliated with the East Dammam Education Office in the Eastern Region, whose number was (549), while its sample consisted of (248) female teachers. The study found that the reality of practicing inspirational leadership among female principals of secondary schools in the eastern region, from the point of view of female teachers, was to a big degree. The second dimension, “employment of employees,” came in first place with a very big degree of agreement, and the first dimension, “self-confidence,” came in second rank. With a very big degree of agreement, the third dimension, “motivating employees to creative” came in the third rank, with a big degree of agreement, and the fourth dimension, “Intellectual arousal” came in the fourth rank, with a big degree of agreement.
