To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive correlational approach was used. The study results indicated that the degree to which secondary school principals employ artificial intelligence applications in the Asir region was low, and the performance level of secondary school principals in the Asir region was average. There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the research sample regarding the degree to which secondary school principals employ artificial intelligence applications and the performance level of secondary school principals in the Asir region. This could be attributed to variables such as the nature of work, academic qualifications, and years of experience in the field of education. There was a strong positive correlation between the degree to which secondary school principals employ artificial intelligence applications and their performance level in the Asir region. The researcher presented a proposed vision for employing artificial intelligence applications to improve the performance of secondary school principals in the Asir region.
