This study aimed to investigate the organizational culture and its impact on managerial creativity among middle school principals in the Haifa District. To achieve this objective, the researcher adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and employed a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of middle school teachers in the Haifa District. A total of 136 completed questionnaires were collected and analyzed.
The findings indicated that the level of organizational culture among middle school principals was moderate, as was the level of managerial creativity. The results also revealed no statistically significant differences in the levels of organizational culture and managerial creativity based on gender, academic qualifications, or years of experience. However, a statistically significant and strong positive correlation was found between organizational culture and managerial creativity among middle school principals in the district.
In light of these findings, the study recommends implementing targeted training programs for middle school principals in the Haifa District to strengthen their understanding and practical application of organizational culture in the school environment. It also suggests integrating professional development units focused on managerial creativity into annual training plans to support principals’ personal development and foster innovative practices.
