This study aimed to examine the relationship and predictive ability of problem-solving and decision-making skills with happiness and gratitude. This study was conducted on a sample of secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait. Their number reached (140) teachers. The descriptive correlational approach was used as it is appropriate to the nature of the study. The study tools included problem-solving skill scale, decision-making skill scale, happiness scale, and gratitude scale. The most important results revealed the presence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between all the study variables, and the ability of the two skills of problem-solving and decision-making to predict happiness and gratitude and the ability of the problem-solving skill to predict happiness and gratitude and the ability of the decision-making skill to predict gratitude, while the decision-making skill did not affect the happiness variable.
