The level of self-efficacy in teaching constructivism science among pre-service and in-service science teachers,And its relationship to some changes ,and how to treat them

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to know the level of self-efficacy of science teachers before service and during service to teach constructivism sciences. A scale was prepared to measure the self-efficacy of teaching constructivism among students, science teachers and science teachers in Alexandria Governorate, and the scale was applied to a sample of (328) male and female teachers from Students of the fourth year, people of science, and (67) science teachers in general education, and the research reached the following results: There is a statistically significant difference between the average grades of student teachers in the scale as a whole, and the numerical average of the scale specified by the current research, in the disadvantage of student teachers. And that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teacher students in the self-efficacy scale, due to gender, or the difference in specialization, and there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of teachers in the self-aptitude test, and the numerical average of the scale determined by the current research, in disadvantage of teachers. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of science teachers in the self-efficacy test for teaching constructivism sciences, due to gender (gender) - or experience - or Scientific qualification - or the educational stage for which he is taught - or the subject he is studying - or the type of education), and in light of these results a proposed guide was prepared to develop students' self-efficacy, science teachers, and science teachers to teach science in constructivism, consisting of: (Introduction to the guide, philosophy The guide, the target group, the goal of the guide, the time plan for teaching the guide, the mechanism for implementing the guide, the content of the guide, the references used in preparing the guide
