This research aims to determine the foundations of Islamic management that must be applied by the principals of public education schools in the State of Kuwait, and to determine the extent of the actual application of those foundations in public education schools from the point of view of teachers and staff working in those schools, and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in the opinions of teachers. And the participating employees regarding the extent to which their school principals apply the foundations of Islamic management according to their personal variables (gender, occupation, educational qualification, educational stage).
