Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training  program based on meta memory strategies to improving  remember process and reducing cognitive load for secondary students The research sample consisted of (60) students of the secondary students of Brka- ghtas secondary school –Abo Hommos – bihera government with average age of(15.5) responded to remember scale prepared by the researcher ,and Nasa - Ltx for cognitive load ,and the training program based on meta memory strategies. After analyzing the results using the T- test independent samples T-test, paired samples T-test, Alfa kronpakh ….the research found the following results:
There are statistically significant differences between testing group and controlling group after remember scale to ward for testing group.
There are statistically significant differences between middle degree of testing group in the after and the before applied of remember scale to ward for the after apply.
There are not statistically significant differences between middle degree of testing group in the after and the continuous applied on the remember scale.
There are statistically significant differences between testing group and controlling group after cognitive load scale to ward for testing group.
